This Regal Portrait Of Lady Diana Spencer Engagement Gown Portrait was Taken By Lord Snowdon (Uncle To Prince Charles) at Highgrove, The House In Gloucestershire, on February 24, 1981, where The Royal Couple would Live after Their Marriage On July 29, 1981. Lady Diana Posed In a Stunning Jade-Green Taffeta Waist Bow-Tie Gown with Short Elastic-Trimmed Puff-Sleeves Embellished with Bows at The Top with a Scoop Neckline Designed By Nettie Vogue, She Opted For a Set Of Collingwood & Co. Matching Antique Diamond Necklace and Matching Girandole Earrings. The Diamond Earrings and Necklace were On Loan From Collingwood Jewellers and were Favoured, By The Spencer Family, Ever Since Lady Diana was a Girl. Collingwood Had wanted To Give This Set To Diana as a Wedding Present, But Palace Officials Deemed It Inappropriate. Collingwood Did Present Diana, with Diamond and Pearl Earrings.
